Trái đậu nành lông Nhật Bản (Edamame) mua về, bóc vỏ lấy hạt bên trong. Dưa cải chua được rửa sạch thái nhỏ, bóp cho sạch nước.

Đun nóng 2 muỗng canh dầu ăn, cho hạt đậu nành lông vào xào 2-3 phút. Sau đó cho dưa cải chua vào, nêm 2g muối, 2g hạt nêm chay, xào 5 phút cho nước hơi cạn thì tắt bếp.
