Mở lò nướng ở 177 độ C. Rửa sạch trái táo. Dùng dao khoét bỏ lõi táo, tạo một khoảng trống ở giữa. Đặt 2 trái táo lên khay.

Rưới giấm táo lên 2 tái táo, tiếp theo rắc 1 muỗng canh đường, 1/2 muỗng cà phê bột quế lên thật đều táo. Múc hạt óc chó xắt nhỏ cho vào khoảng trống giữa trái táo. Đặt mỗi quả 1 muỗng canh bơ. Cho khay táo vào lò và nướng khoảng 50 phút - 1 giờ. Lấy táo nướng ra và thưởng thức.
