Đậu xanh không vỏ ngâm nước khoảng 3 giờ hoặc qua đêm. Sau đó, cho đậu xanh không vỏ vào nồi, nấu chín mềm, giã nhuyễn.
Cho đậu xanh không vỏ, 100gr đường trắng vào chảo, bắc lên bếp, đảo đều đến khi đường tan, bám vào đậu xanh.
Chia đậu xanh không vỏ thành 4 phần bằng nhau, vo tròn, cho ra đĩa. Đây là phần nhân cho bánh trung thu khoai lang tím của tụi mình đó.
Khoai lang gọt vỏ, rửa sạch, hấp chín, nghiền nhuyễn. Lọc khoai lang qua rây, dầm nhuyễn để khoai lang mịn hơn.
Cho khoai lang vào tô cùng 150gr bột nếp, 30ml dầu ăn, trộn đều, vo lại thành viên tròn.
Cách làm bánh trung thu khoai lang tím: Ấn dẹp hỗn hợp khoai lang, cho nhân đậu xanh vào giữa, vo tròn lại.
Cho bánh vào khuôn bánh, ấn chặt để tạo hình cho bánh trung thu khoai lang tím nè.
Lấy bánh ra khỏi khuôn bánh là xong rồi! Khi ăn chỉ việc cắt bánh trung thu khoai lang tím thành từng miếng vừa ăn và thưởng thức thôi.
